IDEAL Placements is a Not for Profit, Community based, Government Funded Disability Employment Organisation.

Situated in Mackay, we serve the Central Queensland Region including Sarina, Proserpine and Airlie Beach.

We deliver a free service to employers and job seekers alike to assist people with disabilities to find and sustain employment.

IDEAL Placements work in conjunction with employers to ensure the most appropriate person is placed in each position.

IDEAL Placements is a specialised disability employment network provider assisting job seekers with disability learning difficulties, injury or medical condition to secure employment in the open labour market.

Our job seekers come from a variety of backgrounds and our programme is designed to assist, train and prepare them for work.
