@SuperDerezzed 2)... The LDS church claims that it is the same CHurch that was here when Jesus Christ was on earth. It claims that the teachings and doctrines are based on what they "really" taught. But, if you read all the epistles of Paul, you will see that the church he describes is not the church the Mormon church claims it to be. If you really read and study Paul's letters, God will show you. That is my challenge to you, and I challenge you with a loving and caring heart.

@SuperDerezzed 1) I meant it wasn't until 1978 when they were able to get the priesthood. But it does not matter to you or any members of the church. You guys are able to look past all the racism and say that the church NOW is good. Whatever happened in the past has no effect on what you guys think of the church. Look, I used to be LDS and I know what the church is about. I attended BYU-I in Rexburg. I praise My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ now for showing me the Truth....

@snowbum121 The Church of Christ, as it was first called when it was founded in 1830 was one of the first North American Christian churches to baptize blacks.

2B. Does the 'Doctrine & Covenants' of the LDS church say that they were justified before God?

@dclong60 Satan sure does!!! he acts as an angel of light and deceives many! in thinking he is good. He trys his hardest to have a clean image. But if you are telling the truth, then why did Joseph Smith have many wives when clearly the bible had already condemned it. Why were blacks not allowed into the church until 1978. So joseph smith and the following prophets were racist, especially brigham young. IS that good fruit? The blacks are black cause of a curse is what your doctrine teaches!!

@hfkwoolf The church now might not bash on any other church now, but Joseph Smith bashed on every other church out there. He said that every other church was corrupt and an abomination. He said you can only enter into the kingdom of God in if your a member of the Mormon church. Not only that, but Brigham Young taught that to enter into the kingdom, you must have consent from Joseph Smith. So he did bash on other churches and claims he will judge you. He wont judge me, but he'll judge you?

The entire LDS faith is based on lies and half-truths meant to confuse and enslave people into a belief that is at best lunatic. DO NOT GET FOOLED! You do not need LDS faith/beliefs to be a better person, to live a meaningful life, but THEY need you to carry on the lies and help sustain their numbers because so many are learning the truth and leaving through whatever means they can

It's pretty clear who the angry crowd is here. You're only hurting yourselves with that attitude.. Mormons aren't angry about YOUR brand of church. Sure, we'd like to add some things we believe are important, but our meetings on Sunday (or any other day) don't bash other religions, even the ones that bash us. You can say what you want, it doesn't effect us. We read your trash, smirk a bit, then think about what's for lunch. I'm walking around happy. None of you sound very happy.

@carterfamily8903 By their fruits ye shall know them. Satan does or prompts nothing that is good or wholesome. Nothing. Now read the Book of Mormon and tell me it is satanic. Watch how faithful Mormons act and what they do. You're just silly and lacking any common sense.
