How to Straighten a Wig - 2 Methods

Information on the two methods:
Hot Water -
Pour boiling hot water over the wig. It will not completely straighten a wig, but is great for softer curls.
Flat Iron-
Make sure you have one with a temperature control. Test at the bottom to see if it'll melt the wig. Take it easy, but don't hold the iron in one place for too long.

It's a microphone stand, so I doubt you'd be able to find an exact one like it. However, then are many other wig head holders out there that will clam down onto an edge of a table and will work just the same.

No! Unless you want to have chunks of your wig melt right off, DO NOT DO THIS! You can try the hot water, but even then it might not straighten well. My advice? Stay away from Halloween wigs. Period. There are lots of ebay sellers that have higher quality wigs for the same price as Halloween wigs.
