Just a few attempted dunks, a few makes, and a jump. Nothing too much, just felt like I hadn't uploaded anything in a while.
I hit a max practice jump around 33" for my last jump of the session, noticed I wasn't approaching with my center of gravity low enough. Will practice this next time.

I don't do a specific marketed vertical program. I just do squats and some accessories for strength training, some prehab work, and do depth jumps and some reactive work. Pretty simple, but I've realized that these are really the aspects of a program that matter. Just get stronger and work on reactivity/explosiveness. And get lean (hardest aspect for me).

Yeah, I'm laying off waffles until I'm sure that Achilles issue is long gone, wearing Nike Lunarglide+ 2 right now. Hopefully next session will be better -- better approach and hopefully lighter bodyweight. Some consistency with lob placement should allow me to throw down harder, a.k.a. adarq style.
