advice to college grads or students or any job seekers actually

I don't know if these ideas are something that is already discussed or suggested in school but as i listen to some of the responses of college students when interviewed and the ones that call into radio stations with questions about what to expect about their futures I have to think that not many ideas are discussed about thinking out of the box about gaining employment or making use of their education.

If that is true, then it only means that there is even more opportunity for the person, student, grad or otherwise who does think outside of the box when seeking employment.

Of course its tough out there. You need to find an competitive edge over other job seekers or develop your own ideas for a business of your own.

Market yourself life yourself and your skills everywhere that you go and then even go places that may put yourself in the company of people who might need your skills.
