I am sitting at about 145 pounds and I am 5'3-5'4. I do not think I am fat, but I would like to be in alot better shape than I am at right now. So I am putting videos up to get feedback on what I need to improve in :) so any suggestions on areas I need to work on are greatly appreciated.
P.s. Sorry for sounding like such a grump, it's about 1:30am and I was a little bit sleepy haha

  • Good luck on your weight loss journey girl! i have a similar body to yours and my thighs are a definite problem for me, i don't want them to touch, i want it to be almost impossible for them to touch. i'm currently at 145 and 5'2" (almost 5'3" though). I think my weight also has to do with some of the muscle i've been gaining through exercise but I heard that's actually a good thing because muscle burns fat more than cardio alone in the long run.
