  • thanks for posting this lost treasure of my youth with the history behind the artist & the wonderful memories it conjures up - I love the smooth sax backbeat and backup vocals

  • Thanks for commenting-this is one of my all-time favorite oldies!

  • Mr. Bobby Moore laying down an incredibly Soulful slide.

A groove that invites me to pull my lady tight and to squeeze her nice and close to feel her body against mine. I use to sing this Classic Gem in front of my 7 piece soul group in the 60's when it first came out , and made a lot of money performing it. Those were the days of fantastic groups and hits to cover. Thanks Mr. Moore, for a jam that moved the ladies to share their passion and sweetness, and all the great memories. God Bless!

  • TY for dropping by and commenting!

  • like this a bunch, can't sit still

  • Sandra Dee Lawson.

  • God, I've listened to this song maybe 100 times? Thank you Blood in Blood out!

  • This was one of my gang's favorite songs in the 60's. It brings back memories of the Nags Head Casino and all the good times we had there and dancing. This is one great song.

  • This song makes me think of the movie Android.

  • For an interesting alternative means of listening/recording your phonograph discs to digital, try recording them to a decent DVD recorder using it's built in digital converter.

Much better sound. But you will have to play them through the DVD player (or transfer the DVD to high bit computer format).

  • Where are you chico?......that looks like the Cleveland Ave Elks Club

  • Classic!

  • 1966 blew-up a sink with a cherry-bomb at school, quite by accident, had to pay, but this jam was out at the time---so i had that going for me.

  • @shelleybparsons not even remotely similar to Marvin Gaye.
