@NotOrdinaryInGames there were books that continued the story, sort of comic books, not sure if they were translated into english

i liked the soundtrack, the look, screenplay... pretty much everything. to some people who didn't know there's a series of comics a guy did. this film is based on 1 of those. there is 15 volumes total the last 1 was released in 2009. read them if you wanna find out what happend next. i am not sure but i think this is based on the first volume.

@NotOrdinaryInGames There is more if you look into the original legends of Thor and Loki and such. This just covered this story, there are many more.

@Askebon I find it kinda mediocre tbh :/

No one is commenting on the beautiful beautiful music?!? Really??
-
@Practice9Perfection Still, the ending is... just... nonexistent.

@NotOrdinaryInGames This is actually based on the Gylfaginning, it's a part from the Prose Edda.. More or less all charcters and events are straight up from there, including Thor's servants Þjálfi and Röskva.
I was amazed when I found out how accurate they made it :)

@unurautare2 This is a CARTOON you fucking genious.

@unurautare2 Its interesting that you watched the movie even though it supposedly was lame -____- It is about mythology and Valhalla for crying out loud! That red haired guy is Thor, the god of thunder. When he gets pissed he rides around swinging his hammer, making thunder. The black haired skinny guy is Loke. Valhallas version of Judas. The screepy guy who played chess with the head in the great hall was Odin. Valhallas version of Zeus. The king of the gods in Valhalla.
The ending is kind of disappointing. What happened to the kids next? Nothing? THey stayed in the Land of The Gods 4ever? Why? Why, movie, why?

@Mjoedmand
it's nice to see that even in Norse mythology, the kids always survive. : )
