  • Someone already subbed this, maybe the music video already came out subbed. I just added the first 10 seconds of the song that were cut off. The subs in the beginning were more legible before I uploaded this video :P If you have trouble reading them then just click on the link under "more info". That's where the translation comes from. ^_^

  • almost all of her songs are in Gaelic

  • @apologeticsman Actually she is fluent in Gaelic. She studied it at the STFX University in Novia Scotia. She now sings mostly in Gaelic actually always in Gaelic.

  • @MyMoppet52 No I didn't mean my comment to sound offensive to you either. I was just pointing out that in the Gaelic language Gaelic is just Gaelic there is no "hey you speak Irish/Scottish" thing. Gaelic is one language either Irish or Scottish.

  • @GhostWritersDragon Yes, but it sounds different and has different words. It is a separate dialect and some people who speak 'tradiational' Gaelic, can't understand the words or sounds as well. That is what I've read. I don't speak Gaelic. I researched it when I read about it. She is proud that she sings in Gaidhilig Gaelic. There are other Scots who make a point that they sing in Gaidhlig. Just mentioning it. Didn't mean to offend or don't want to start an uproar. My best, Moppet

  • @MyMoppet52 Well...in Gaelic Gaelic is Gaelic either Irish or Scottish...

  • @GhostWritersDragon To put it to an even finer technique, she sings only in Gàidhlig, which is Scottish Gaelic.

  • When was this video made? The outfits make me think sometime in the early 90's. The song is awesome but the video is killing me.

  • is that ashley macissac playin the back ground

  • Awesome.

  • I absolutely adore this song :) My dance school did a softshoe/hardshoe medley to it last St. Patrick's day.

  • No these are the correct subtitles :) haha sorry so late to reply
