President Obama Jokes About Notorious GOP, Jay Leno Talks Street Cred

May 1, 2010 -- At the White House Correspondents' Dinner, President Obama joked about Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele, aka The Notorious GOP, and what plagues America today: taxation without representin'. According to Jay Leno, one of the wonderful things about Obama is that he never lost his street cred. This Fresh Prince-style handshake is a testament to that.
