I flew to Oregon and caught "Breaking Bad" co-star, RJ Mitte during a break from filming, "House of Last Things" in Portland. I asked RJ to share his candid thoughts about the high number of bullying incidents happening across the Country. RJ is a spokesperson for PACER, the National Center for Bullying Prevention.
