How to jailbreak an iPhone 3G S with purplera1n - Step by Step instructions for Windows

Update: Winterboard now works, I just tried it and somehow winterboard works, I do not know how or why.

This video shows you how to jailbreak an iPhone 3G S with purplera1n.

Step 1: Connect your iPhone 3G S, open iTunes and back up your iPhone 3G S (Right click your iPhone and click back up)

Step 2: When your iPhone 3G S is connected, run purplera1n and click make it ra1n (download link for purplera1n is in the description)

Step 3: When it tells you to reboot your iPhone, Hold down the sleep and home buttons until it reboots.
After reboot run purple rain again and make it ra1n. If you have down everything correctly, a picture of George Hotz in the purplera1n pose should appear.
Wait a few minutes and the iPhone should reboot by itself and should be jailbroken.

Step 4: Run freeze an app already installed on your iPhone and tap install Cydia to install Cydia.

Step 5: When installation is done, reboot your iPhone and you should have Cydia

*NOTE* Do not install Winterboard *NOTE*
