Vasaloppet is one of the largest and longest cross country ski races in the world. Vasaloppet start in Sälen and after 90 kilometer skiers reach the goal in Mora, which are two small villages in Sweden, but they get very crowded one day every year..
Vasaloppet är en av världens största och längsta längdskidåknings tävling i världen.
Vasaloppet startar i Sälen och efter 90 kilometer når skidåkarna målet i Mora, som är två små byar i Sverige men en dag varje år blir de väldigt befolkade.

@digidaq really sorry for your sake... but i will participate 2011 and i recommend everyone to find accomodation in Sälen. Its really long between Mora and Sälen in the morning. A lot of cars and a small road.

@szalaierika Hey Thanks a bunch! Smooth land usually gives hold to some amazing marathon times, so I guess I'll have to check it out! Maybe I'll even see you there!

@DISTANCE612SLAVE Yes, exactly. I love running so much. What is running like in Hungary? It's excelent, because the climate is very smooth and the country is mostly flat. I'd suggest you to check out this site budapestmarathon com (the spirit and the organization is very impressive). ;)

@szalaierika no problem =) we lost all of our snow up here too in North Dakota usa, besides running season is so much better and you can do it pretty much anywhere! What is running like in Hungary? I'm planning on an epic running tour all over Europe and parts of Africa in a few years.

Thanks for your comment. In meantime I have had possibility to try the cross country skiing. You're right it is not so difficult as I thought. Only problem is now that there is no snow in this season anymore... at least in Hungary. :)
