I work for a data processing center and have noticed an influx of empty envelopes and envelopes that look like someone cleaned off their desk into them. I'm far from upset or frustrated. I'm paid hourly and it's nice to be entertained by unexpected items, however, please don't send things that stink i.e. cheese or poop.

I be sending offers back in pre-paid envelopes with VOID across the application. I cut to size junk to fill envelope.... card advertisements, cardboard, magazines I no longer want. And I OVER WEIGHT their envelopes to the point that their thickness far surpasses the envelope thickness template at the post office (yup, the post office has a plastic measure templates) Well make sure THEY pay more in return postage! Mail 1st of ea mo all offers... see how they dwindle in your mail box.

@amemy1 Oh yes this whole trend of over spending is a big problem. I completely agree. Mind I myself am not vain or materialistic. However I notice how ppl will treat you very differently if your not trying to catch up w/ the jones. Its rather nasty. The fact that I don't crave to wear the latest trends and don't give a rats ass who is popular has caused social issues. Now I"m a strong person and will still keep to my morals, where a weaker person may not be so.

@Boudiga Best also poit out that people want to keep up with or be better than the jones, and if also people were very happy to speculate on what their house would be worth in the future, and finally, people dont complain when the unit trust,and such go up in value, but they dont like when they do read the small print and it says, that the they may also fall in value. Also many wouldnt give a fuck if the investments they make were in weapons/funding oppessive countries.

From the UK........Nice one being doing this for years if not only to keep the post office workers in a job......educational material is also good.......credit union, animal welfare, anti-capilist etc, like you say join a union!.
