N: [backs up to the bed] [still kissing her]
M: [finally realizes what she is doing] [pulls away] Nick! No!
N: What?!
M: What do you mean what?! Im dating Justin & your dating Selena
N: Miles, this is a party! As a matter of fact, I bet Justin is hooking up with someone this second
M: [hurt] No! Why would you say that?!
N: Just saying [grins]
M: [hits his arm] Jerk! [walks out]

[Mileys POV]
I have no idea what Im gonna do! Demi even warned me about this, it just happened so quickly! How am I even going to tell Justin?! Should I tell him? Oh my gosh! Selena! Obviously Nick wasnt going to tell her, so should I?

[Normal POV]
D: [walks up to Miley] Hey, Ive been looking for you everywhere!
M: [still flustered] Sorry, I was in the bathroom
D: Really? Cause I checked there a few [cut off]
J: Hey guys!
D: Hi Joe
M: [smiles a little] Hey Joey
J: You guys having fun?
D: [nods]
J: What about you Miles?
M: [snaps out of her thoughts] Yeah!
D: Joe, when did you get here?
J: Well actually I didnt plan on coming, but Taylor dragged me here
D: Oh, shes cool, high school party! [smiles]
M: [giggles] [nudges Demi]
J: Wow, guys! [shakes his head]
M: Did we offend you, Joe?
J: [smiles] No because this really is lame
D: No, correction, you two are lame!
M: [laughs] So, where is Taylor?
J: I dont know [looks around]
D: [shoots Miley a look like, I do]
M: [jaw drops]
D: [nods]
J: [turns back to them] I dont see her
M: [shrugs convincingly] Shes probably just getting something to drink
J: Yeah [nods]
[Theres a knock on the door]
David: [looks out the window] Shit! Cops!
M: [eyes widen] Guys!
J: Dont worry, come on!
[Joe led Demi & Miley down to the basement, which was filled with people trying to run out of the house. He took them into another room downstairs & opened a window.]
J: [crawled out] Come on
D: [crawled out] [stood next to Joe]
M: [half way out] [loud whisper] Im stuck!
J & D: [look at each other] What?!
D: Miles, youre skinnier than me! How are you stuck?!
M: [getting nervous] Its my pants! Theyre stuck to something
J: Demi, help me pull!
J & D: [trying to pull Miley up]
J: One, two three! Pull!
[The basement door opens]
