yes, it blocks the usual bird's eye view what was restricted for planes and helicopters...

but it GIVES a fantastic view for ANY visitor who walks across the bridge.

so i'am sure this bridge will be not only a bypass, but a famous tourist attraction and a creditable civil engineering achievement that maches to the dam...

@BoogsterSU2 - one year later there are security checkpoints in the US and there is evidence these satanic terrorists will strike the hoover dam on 11/11/11. These terrorists left some clues on the back of the $50 bill and weird satanic statues at the hoover dam.

I come up from the south when I go to Vegas and the new bypass is going to save me at least 30 minutes.

You folks who come up from I-40 will understand.

I would ask people to begin to realize and research the colorado river delta. I believe people can change injustice and the blocking of the colorado river is such. Nothing is given back to the river and there are major ecological and geological consquences to come. There has to be a balance in nature or human beings will not survive. The river ran to the ocean for a reason and the delta existed for a reason. For all of us - not just a few of us.
