The beginner's guide to lip syncing.

The key is to not over complicate a simple process. When the mouth is supposed to be open, make it open! When it's not, don't! It's a little more than that, but it's the basic jest of it.

Hey what stuff do you use to speak through if u want to sync. I saw the mic but got confused

@BuFiFant If you can record video with an external mic, do it. I'm just using a Samson mic.

@kayaknicko Just use iMovie. I don't use anything fancy.

@nippleninja666 If you're using a webcam, your resolution is going to max out at probably 300px or so. Then when you're using a program like iStopMotion or anything else, it needs to be the same or it's going to stretch the pixels, making them soft in your animation.
