I need to do this flip I seen kids and adults do it. Its gets so frusterating landing on my back when I do it. I try to find tutorials but I cant find one. I will pull it off one day.

How long do you throw when you throw like that ? In meters please:)

Don't know the distance since I havn't ever measured it. I can put it in a net of a U19 field from half.

im trying to learn this right now and i can do a front handspring no problem, but when i try it with the ball for some reason i cant make it all the way and i end up falling...

Do you have enough momentum to carry you all the way over? Try to be as straight over the ball as you can when you do it, I am still working on this as my arms are bent and I am not exactly over the ball.
