Another episode of the educational series THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON (1972). These segments would air during commercial breaks (most notably in Chicago on Channel 32 in the 70s and early 80s).

In "What Do You Mean?," we learn the value of hearing, listening, and understanding. What did he say? What did he mean? (It would help if parents spoke clearly!)

Is someone mad at you today? Do you know why? Maybe they're having a hard day. (Or maybe they're just a bully.) Take a look and maybe you'll understand what they're going through. :)

  • I used to LOVE The Most Important Person! I'd watch them with The Kingdom of Could Be You and Snippets on WKBS Channel 48 in Philadelphia!

  • @Perlinator67 I think the words are: "let's find out more about the things you feel and do."

  • HOLY SH*T! I can't believe this is here! For years I have been straining every last fiber of my brain trying to remember this. The only thing I remembered before seeing this was the end where the green hairy guy was coming down on the rope. And I remembered the words "The Most Important Person" and the little green guy holding up the sign. THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS!! It was a hell of a rush just seeing the intro and brought back some great memories! THANK YOU AGAIN!
