That little Cat 3 sat over Roxas for 30 hours. Not fun. We were lucky, Kalibo had a new dam break and flood the city streets with 6-8 inches of MUD. No drinking water, no electricity and not a lot of food yet.

Yeah, we were very lucky here. Emy thought it was bad, but this wasnt even a bad storm in St Louis, but I know it was much, much worse in many other places, including Roxas. I went throught the huge flood of 93 in St Louis, and sure I hope I never have to again, but if I do, at least Ive got experience.
