i dropped my phone in water last week if i was to try this would i re-wet my phone? because its completly dry now.

No! Do not re-wet the phone! If your phone has been dry for a week and still does not work, unfortunately there is no hope in saving it.

You want to minimize electricity moving around and shorting wires/boards, but if you pressed the button, you're not necessarily lost. Just keep your phone off and dry for a couple of days. It may just come back to life.

Unfortunately you will not know until you try to dry it and then try it again. You probably shouldn't have made the call, but the fact that you were able to is a good sign that the phone should be okay.

i bought a coke and then i put it in a plastic bag with my phone..(no cover) so somehow the coke leaked and somehow got into my samsung ace2....soooooo i ofcourse freaked out when my phone offed,,and i hit the main button..and the off button...so ya...i did do a lot of stuff..i managed to take out a lot of coke from inside but i still dont know how to on it!!!
