Just starting to get the hang of things on floor again.

This year I want to make a couple minor upgrades to my routine. This is one of them, changing the back handspring to a whip for an extra B. I wasn't consistent with them in the past, but they are starting to feel more comfortable now.

  • round off back lay out back 540 not bad now once u get a double back layed out then ill be impressed
