a) Apologists for Cuba make a big deal of low infant mortality. But 1) Cuba actually had far lower infant mortality in 1958, and 2) of every 100 babies 71 are aborted!

b) They also mention that Cuba has more doctors per capita. But those doctors are shitty. 3/4 of them flunk the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates's exam for licensing.

c) High life life expectancy? The UN simply reports what the Cuban government reports. We don't have access to any objective statistics.

they get help , the Americans get no help without insurance ! People in Cuba live longer than Americans , howcome ??? A poor country scores better in healthcare than USA ! I guess nothing is wrong with Cuba, it's a 3rd world country with better education and healthcare than America ! Cuba doesn't spend all their money in warfare or killing people who did nothing wrong, they even killed their own on 9/11. Cuba sends medical care abroad, USA sends bombs ! USA is a country full of scum !

@Lisbon1906 I've been there and I love this country ! I love Castro for all the good work he has done , great job ! a 3rd world country with very good education, healthcare, justice, ... I'm sure USA is very impressed about it but they will never say it cause it would be a defeat for their fake democratic capitalist system that kills 1000's peoples every day , Cuba saves lives and US destroys them !

Not to mention their educational system. yep in Cuba people don't have to get a millionaire loan so they can go to college.

concerning political prisoners:

there r 200 political prisoners! all related to the US financed groups, the same country that tried to invade Cuba, tried to kill Castro and placed an Embargo on the country!

The others like Oswaldo Payá who is a known oposition leader lives free in Cuba.

How many people do u have in jail without even having a trail?

actually Cuba has now become the 51st most developed country in the world according to the UN´S Human Development Index. that means they are more developed than most Latin American Countries such as the giant Brazil or Mexico. also more developed than some oil producing countries like Saudi Arabia or some European countries like Russia.

In fact Cubans live longer than Americans u sadly have relay on insurance companies u seek profit if they cant afford 4 insurance thats too bad...

Saddly, a few dollars invested and/or complicity of those who agree with a brutal dictatorship such as Castro's are better valued than morals, common sense and dignity these days; regardless of the obvious appartheid Cubans are condemed to. It is a shame.
