@worldrunner the language is Filipino. In the Philippines, English is the primary language used in teaching subjects like Science, Math, History etc...thats why a lot of Filipinos speak with some English.

Delicious! Is this a Hindi video (Indonesian?). Or am I completely lost -- Filipine? Ok, ok, I'll admit to being an unworldly American . . . Why so much English? I can understand the video without understanding your language, just because of the English. Looks delicious -- if I give you a passport, will you come to my house?
