BIGGEST Oblivion Glitch in The Shivering Isles EVER

MUST READ: Must watch in High Quality! This glitch is the biggest glitch in Oblivion that I have ever seen (except dupe glitch). As you will see by my character later on in the vid I have no mods or cheats so it could't have been a technical fault. Enjoy and don't forget to leave a comment!

No, a real glitch was when the Waterfront Bridge in the Imperial City became unsolid and I fell in the water 0.0 I don't have a camera, though...
