If you are their hands and their feet all it does is make them totally dependent on you...helps you feel needed but not doing them much of a favor. They need to learn to use their own hands and feet and never will as long as you are willing to do everything for them.

Thats a great point and actually something that we have to prepare for before we go. I lived there for a few months and plan on going back, and there actually very little we do for them. We're there to teach proper medical aid that they can sustain and to simply worship with them.
