  • how far back is the punter from the ball machine?

  • Respond to this video... Mate thanks for the email, as per NFL and College standards, we always have them 15 yards back from the ball machine or LOS and counting starts from the LOS. Regards Nathan

  • Nothing against the Packers but there is noway an Aussie is ready for a Wisconsin winter!

P.S. this maybe a little ignorant, but if Aussie rules football is so tough, how come they come over here and become punters?

  • Thanks for the comment its just a little ignorant but thats ok. We would have a number of player who could possibly play the American game but we have not convinced the Coaches yet to take a chance at the professional level but maybe one day. ps there are no americans playing Aussie rules professionally in Australia

  • welcome to the greatest football team in America. All the negative posts are idiot queen fans.

  • Thanks for the positve comments, chris will give it his all to help the packers win another superbowl, that is his objective

  • @91gt306 Its a grab for cash for the most part. Most of these guys are done at home so they go over to the US to try and milk their kicking ability for a little more cash. Of course these guys are all hardened competitors so playing anything to make a buck for their retirement would be good so why not the NFL. I am positive they enjoy all the aspects of the game like any true sportsman would but if the money wasn't there they wouldn't be either.

  • @Miggity23 The NFL is seen as a reasonable retirement plan for old AFL players. Once they can't cut it in aussie rules anymore they go earn a few million for a couple of kicks a week in the NFL. The most notable players to of done this recently are Ben Graham and Sav Rocca both players playing days in Australia were over so it could be said that the NFL is a retirement village for aging ex australian footballers once they can't cut it in Australia and need something easier to do.

  • @ProkickAustralia As an american, Id like to apologize for that morons ignorant comment. I think its great what you guys do to develop a pathway for athletes overseas to possibly get attention from college or nfl scouts. Just out of curiosity, the guys you train, do you happen to ask them why they have an interest in american football? Is it mostly the money, or have they always been fans and wanted to play, or just want to try something different? Thanks

  • Mad Collingwood fan Chris, best of luck with everything mate. Pies looking good for a premiership this year, you better watch as take home the flag ;) GO PIES!!!!

  • Of all the current AFL players, Josh Drummond from the Brisbane Lions, would be the stand out. Surely he has tested his hang time with an American ball at some point.

  • Good luck in camp Chris! Hope you make the team, but have fun getting used to the cold winters.

    Go Packers!
