Hextall's temper and stupidity caused him to self destruct and choke when the pressure was on and therefore never win the Cup. And I loved every minute of it.

Well, some of what the leagues are doing, I can get, but yes, Hextall was in his prime at the right time. Today, he would probably be viewed as one of the dirtest players in the game, but then, still viewed as dirty, but hey, he took no shit, a good man to have on your team.

while he was the dirtiest goalie in NHL history he was very skilled. Picked a good time to play that style too. Today he would have gotten suspended for staring at someone. Freaking leagues ruining sports.
