What is the point of washing your hair in twists?? Cant you just wash your hair with it being all out? I have natural hair, and I dont understand sectioning at all.

@Super33Human You personally may not need to section your hair...texture, curl pattern, thickness, and etc. all play a part. My hair tangles easily and it is very thick. Washing with it all out makes detangling more difficult and lengthy. We're all unique and different things work for different people. My mother has a curl pattern and texture that doesn't require this method. I've been natural for almost three years and after lots of trial and error, this is what works best for me :)

@jdavis259 I wash once a week, we will do regimen vids for short natural hair as well :)

ok, do I tried washing it in braids and half of them fell out and one of them got a big knot in it :( I haven't relaxed since the end of last summer so I know why my ends wont stay in twists but ya..
