God, I miss the Gipper. Instead of this current Marxist loser we have now, bowing to other leaders and apologizing for America, this was when we had a REAL president, a great American. God bless President Reagan, and may God bless the United States of America.

I'd give anything to once again have a president with his convictions, stature, and love of country.

Ironically, the only fighting Ronald Reagan ever did during World War 2 was fighting his way to the bar with John Wayne during Happy Hour at the Hollywood Brown Derby.

Ooooh. He did what he had to do to bring down the Soviet Union. You are obviously to young to remember the days when the world lived on the edge of total annihilation or the role Afghanistan played in it. He stopped their global expansion, reversed their military superiority over us, got the whole world behind us, put us on a 30 economic expansion, and broke the evil empire economically. Oh yeah and he gave great speeches too.

he freaking sold arms and TRAINED the taliban.. And other "bad" guys... But he was the great communicator... he could give a good speech... so we will overlook the stupid and evil crap he did

yeah i mean training and selling guns to the taliban can be overlooked because he could give a great speech... he can lie and use the answer "i just can't remember" or "I do not recall" but it is all fine because he could give a good speech..

The Great Communicator. The last truly great president this country has produced. Nobody had the gift for moving a nation like he did. His words came from the heart and will echo through the ages.

He spoke from the heart, not from a well-researched script from focus-group tested bunch of government loving bed-wetters. That's why he was so loved.
