Freddie and The Dreamer - "We don't care...and it shows."
-
He looks like Eugene Levy on SCTV

I read about this song on Freddie's wiki, that he was copying the way the Beatles had done this song in the Cavern. Now that I hear it, I understand. John would play harmonica, and Freddie is definitely singing in a Paul-like tone. Either way, it's great to hear this version of the song recorded, no matter who sung it!

Such an awesome song...

@cgboomer British thing? The Americans took them to number 1! They never did that in the UK, had a number 2, a couple of 3's and a number 5 but never topped our charts. They were never meant to be taken seriously, just enjoy them for what they are, a bit of fun. If you want real British talent from that era then apart from the obvious Beatles and Stones, check out Kinks, Manfred Mann, Hollies, Small Faces, Searchers, Animals, etc.

i saw these in concert in the early 60,s it brings back good memories

Hey I like goofball stuff but this is ridiculous

that step the dreamers do @0:42 might have had some interesting results had the guitars been plugged in.

their songs were ok but they were just a little too goofy for me. must be a british thing.

He was the coolest man in rock. Can you think of anyone who cared less about how he looked to other people?
