hey, instead of clicking transform and scale just press Control + T ...does it relly good too...nice vid!

oh, lol i had that problem too.. what u gotta do is, make sure the file is a PNG file, make sure ur not saving the icon or anything like that... if the photo document is a jpeg or bmp, im sorry, i dunno what to do to make it load.. :(
