yo dude, theres a gym club in bradford, trouble is....i havent been for a while and rumour has it you have to sign up to get in. So id try giving them a call on 01274 547765 and finding out whats going on. Sessions used to cost a few quid a session, pretty good value ;) anyway, hope you get in, theres loads of peeps there that will help you get started and have fun :D

nice, only thing i can say is to get your butterflys morehorizontal sooner. if u watch the matialartists who use that move and trickers, they get their upperbodies down more
