Are the 3 categories of Tawheed bid'ah (innovation)?

A refutation on the claim that the three categories of Tawheed is bid'ah (innovation), which's snipped from shaykh Saalim at-Taweels (Hafidahullah) lecture 'Explanation of the Creed of Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jamaa'ah' which's based on a book by Scholar Muhammad bin Saalih al-'Uthaymeen (Rahimahullah).

The principle of Tawheed (Islamic Monotheism) is the fundamental principle of Islam on which all other principles, rules and pillars are based.

Tawheed has three categories.

1)Tawheed-ar-Rububiyah (Oneness of the Lordship of Allah): which's to
believe that there is only one Lord for all the universe its Creator, Organizer, Planner, Sustainer, and the Giver of security, etc., and that is Allah.

2) Tawheed-al-Uluhiya (Oneness of the Worship of Allah): To believe that none has the right to be worshiped [e.g. praying, invoking, asking for help (from the unseen), swearing, slaughtering sacrifices, giving charity, fasting, pilgrimage, etc. ] but Allah.

3) Tawheed-al-Asma was-Sifat (Oneness of the Names and the Attributes of Allah): Is the belief that Allah (SWT) is one without similitude in His names and attributes. Allah (SWT) must be referred to in the manner He and His Messenger (SAW) have described Him. Allah (SWT)'s attributes and names must be taken in the absolute sense, free from human deficiencies of interpretation.

barak Allah feekum for sharing, sheikh salim at taweel did a nice refutation of this claim her ein sharjah UAE last ramadan as well, Sheikh salim at taweel is pretty good with clearing the doubts, everytime he visits people with jahmi n ashari and other doubts come out n sheikh explains very nicely mashahAllah
