What is The Atheist Experience?

The Atheist Experience is a weekly cable access television show in Austin, Texas geared at an atheist and non-atheist audience. The Atheist Experience is produced by the Atheist Community of Austin (ACA), a nonprofit educational corporation to develop and support the atheist community, to provide opportunities for socializing and friendship, to promote secular viewpoints, to encourage positive atheist culture, to defend the first amendment principle of state-church separation, to oppose discrimination against atheists and to work with other organizations in pursuit of common goals.

this man is looking for answers, he didn't call to preach or debate, he came to DISCUSS about philosophical question.

although i am excited by debates, I feel much better after discussing something with someone, each of us explains what he thinks in a calm way until we get to the ultimate. we do not come to say "im right you'r wrong!". we come to understand things better. It's so much better than a debate.

i think i feel a lot like the caller. i was raised christian but now that i think for myself and blind faith seems unwise. at the same time something in me really wants to beleive in some form of creationism. i soo wanna be around when/if we find an undisputed answer

...I'd say it's likely we'll know at some point whether Jesus existed and if so what he said.  The Christians (and probably the Muslims, when the Christians have given up) will fight it every step of the way, though...

@kidi1232 i don't think this guy's looking for an 'answer' to his 'philosophical question' at all? if he was, he wouldn't be repeating & asking the EXACT same question that they already gave a perfectly good answer to. if he wanted an answer, he'd have moved on already. he seems to be 'soft selling' his belief in a god; he 'thinks' he has a 'profound question': but doesn't. he's being deceptive by pretending that he (sorta, kinda) agrees, but then goes on to repeat the same 'question'.
