A regular, timid and honest guy (Wallace Langham) with an insufferable boss (Christopher McDonald) receives a sinister, an eerie talking doll (voiced by Pat O'Brien) encouraging him to stand up to his boss and take control of his life..

(opening narration) Charlie Stickney has never had quite enough confidence to stand up for himself. But today is different. Today is a day of reckoning, a test of character, a battle of wills, thanks to a very unusual toy made in The Twilight Zone..

(closing narration) By listening to that little voice, Charlie Stickney won the battle of the wills with his boss and with himself. Another success story courtesy of.. (taps Mr. Motivation's head).. Mr.Motivation: ..The Twilight Zone..

This episode is a nod to the original TZ episode "Living Doll" directed by Richard C. Sarafian, father of this episodes director Deran Sarafian.
