Wise words. Just back from California. Conscious Americans have no idea that their similar legislation will take effect Dec.31, 2010. There is a obvious reason why CODEX in the US and the Canadian deadline for all NHPD licenses to have been approved, fall on the exact same date! Dec.31,2010 is gong to be a sad day for our two countries.
