For the record, that's not the "SG" style Gibson doubleneck. That's actually the version of the doubleneck that Gibson made BEFORE they went with the SG style body. These were only made in the early 60's, and reportedly only a few dozen were made because they were only built on a custom order basis. They have hollow bodies. Steve Howe has a couple of these guitars.

pete recovered/recovering from severe alcoholism comes up with this interesting tidbit which I will always remember on mtv. the best video pick slide using a double neck gibson in a video and the cool bah bah bah interlude with puppets makes this the stuff of legend!!
