"We are deeply saddened that LeRoi Moore, saxophonist and founding member of Dave Matthews Band, died unexpectedly Tuesday afternoon, August 19, 2008, at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center in Los Angeles from sudden complications stemming from his June ATV accident on his farm near Charlottesville, Virginia. LeRoi had recently returned to his Los Angeles home to begin an intensive physical rehabilitation program."

P.S LeRoi is gone, his soul isnt at least, this is because he put his soul into every song he played, and into every friend he made. Love you LeRoi, the worlds not the same with out you RIP

I can't understand how 3 people can dislike such a beautiful song especially when it's presented as a tribute to a fantastic musician who will be greatly missed. Just doesn't make sense.
