This may be a stupid question, but why is nobody else doing this show? was it only for those few months in 2006? Because plays like Phantom of the Opera is played all over the world by different casts. Why not this one? Is is a copyright issue? It'd be a bigger hit if more people could see it.

Yes, he does. That was the original point... He saw her and felt bad. New York's version left out a lot of the emotional value.

I don't think so. You keep saying you think the New York version was better and you've yet to provide a valid reason. There was only a month difference between shows. That's not enough time for an actor to 'grow.'
