@TheSalesEngineer I should add that a glue-gun is still ideal to seal up the fill hole in the back... (ran out of characters in my last message)

@TheSalesEngineer He/she could use black electrical tape, pulled very tightly, over the ink port and also over the vent hole to prevent leaking while filling the resevoir. Remove the tape over the vent to allow ink into the sponge, then reseal the vent while filling the back. After he seals the hole in the back he can remove the tape. If there's anything extra in the sponge it will leak but he can squeeze it out into some balled up paper towel in a garbage can or other area.

I learned (barely) how to put some text annotations over the video at certain points via tools here at YouTube. Hopefully they will help. YouTube not allowing anything looking like a URL in a comment/post is insane paranoia, and a pain.
Is there an email address for Facebook that I can write hate mail to for their algorithms' constantly deleting anything any commenter tries to post?

Do you have to take the orange things off to put the new cartridges in the printer?

@bit720 Yes! They are only there to keep the ink from coming out, OR for filling it from the 'output' by sticking a needle through a rubber part that lines up with the output. I can't see why you'd do that, but there it is! :)
