My STILA pen dried out after like three uses I bought another and same thing! i cant leave it without its cap for more than five minutes ! im going to try this though I'm loving my URBAN DECAY 24/7 liquid eyeliner (waterproof)

I bought a black one, discovered it was dry right outta the box, bought another black one and a brown one and they worked for about five seconds until they dried out. I went ahead and bought NYC's liquid eyeliner and that works pretty well... I'd love for my E.l.f. ones to work because I like that the tip of the pen is not too far from where you hold it. It seems to have better control when it's closer...
