It's a work, if that's what you mean. But if you mean "Are they really hitting each other in the head with fluorescent light-bulbs?" and "Is that real blood?" then yeah, it's real.

Miyamoto dropping the belt in 2010 had nothing to do with him wanting to slow down with deathmatches. That was a completely fabricate rumor. He did say he was a little relieved to lose it, since it meant less demand on his body, but he's likely gonna do them till the end of his career.

Great uplaod. This match is just insane. Yuko Miyamoto and Sasaki always have great matches together and this one is there best!!!
By the way, i thought the date to this match was the 27/03/07.........
Thanks again
I wonder how long these guy's career's last. The average wrestler who does not participate in these types of matches where you beaten with light bulbs and barbed wire usually have bad knees, hips, backs and so on with in five years or so. So I can only imagine these death match guys dont have a lengthy career.

@tempo1889 It depends. Guys like Ito and Kasai have been doing death matches since 1999. Some guys have freak accidents (as is wont to happen in any type of wrestling). Some guys just don't want to do it as often as they used to (reason Miyamoto dropped the belt in 2010).
tl;dr If you're smart and not a yard tard, you can do this for a while.

To Be Honest, I Don't Think That This Match Was As Good As The Original Construction Site Deathmatch. Ryuji Ito, Jaki Zumazawa & Takashi Sasaki VS Kintaro Kanemura, Saburo Inematsu & Tetsuhiro Kuroda Would Be An Awesome Match Even If It Wasn't A Construction Site Danger Match. Also, It Was A Six-Sided Ring. It's From Japan Deathmatch Wars Series 8. It's An AWESOME Tournament But It's EXTREMELY Rare. I Have Managed To Get Ahold Of All 10 In The Series And There Is A Wedding Reception Deathmatch

I think the match you're talking about was actually 2 rings. One normal one and one with scaffolding and barbed wire.
