I completely agree with you. I have been saying this for 5 years about McMillan. He ruined Sergio's career and is doing the same thing to fernandez. The coach doesn't understand creativity. The roycentric offense and system that the coach enjoys blows.

A coach who prefers to maintain his system instead of taking advantage of the specific features of his players, is a bad coach indeed. Is there any player who improved his game with McMillan? He just made Sergio played like a robot, he's doing the same thing with Rudy this season ... and he will make the same with any other talented player he coaches. I'm really sorry for Blazers fans, they have great players, a terrific team, but they play shit for having the worst head coach on NBA ever
