I don't think that this is actually a flash mob. There are two reasons to justify my statement.
1. This appears to be done to advertise something, since everyone participating is in matching clothing.
2. One of the defining characteristics of a flash mob is that people go back to business as usual after the mob ends. In this dance the performers appear to be freezing to wait for applause.
