Did anybody else find it wrong Addison asked Dell why he hadn't mentioned his daughter RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER?!

@nis0cheese he has a car accident. First they thought he was ok, but then they found out that he had blood in his brains, or something like that. They drilled into his brains, then they thought again that he was gonna be ok. He couldn´t move his arms right, so he had to go to surgery again. Before he went to surgery he talked to his daughter. It seemed like he already knew he was going to die. And then in surgery they couldn´t stop the bleeding and he died. It was a really sad episode!! :(
