If you start with Operation Paperclip and SS Major Von Braun from 2 years before the war was declared over you will see how the US and the USSR were fighting for who would get the most murderous NAZI scientists. It took 25 min of claptrap about UFOs and Kennedy to get to the assertion that Wernher Von Braun was "head of NASA." Uh, no. Von Braun designed rockets. James Webb headed NASA in the 60s.

Plus, Levendra labors under the notion that Germans are 'Nazis'. Now he's talking about an office "at the NASA site." Canaveral? Houston?
