    Team Beach body does it again :) I have to tell my nephew to watch your videos he has to get this he thought P90x was awesome

  • @Tomikagetsfit2011 The kids love "working out". They get in the way sometimes, but they have fun, especially if I put a mirror for them to look at.

  • @Beripped4life LOL yea tell me about it! My little brother never lets me workout! So I usually have to workout a bit with him so he can be tired then I go on and do my workout all over on my own.

  • @SteveGetsFit Nice that your little brother has a role model...although the little guys do get in the way sometimes

  • @guitarking65 It sure does! However, you do push up variations, not dumbbells. I'm sure if you could use dumbbells to if you wanted though. :)

  • I am currently on day 40, phase 2 of P90X and when I finish the program, this is the next one I am buying.. Im so excited!

    The days coach would yell at me and make me drop down to do 20 push ups

    if I messed the ladder up

  • @Beripped4life does this video also have a choice where you can use dumbbells instead of a chin up bar because i dont have one
