As featured on Foreign Exchange with Fareed Zakaria. Milton Ochieng' was the first person from his village in Africa to set foot on an airplane, thanks to neighbors who sold livestock and property to pay for his ticket. They sent him to the U.S. to become a doctor, asking only one thing in return: "Just don't forget us." A film by Barry Simmons, produced in association with the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting.

I did meet Ochiengs' brothers today here in St. Louis, MO. These guys are just great! full of life, very polite with a family-oriented behavior. Bless you guys!
