2009 Top Dog Essay Contest Winners Part 1: Medina County Auditor Michael E. Kovack

Medina County Auditor Michael E. Kovack presents the 2008 Top Dog Essay Contest winners. The Top Dog Contest is an essay contest held by the Medina County Auditor's Office. 4th graders in Medina County are asked to write an essay explaining why their dog should be chosen as Medina County's Top Dog.
