Medina County Auditor Michael E. Kovack presents the 2008 Top Dog Essay Contest winners. In Part 1 of the ceremony are 1st place winner Shane Held-Goloja, 2nd place winner Kaylee Stearns, & 3rd place winner Noelle Prater. The Top Dog Contest is an essay contest held by the Medina County Auditor's Office. 4th graders in Medina County are asked to write an essay explaining why their dog should be chosen as Medina County's Top Dog.
